Determined to Succeed Every child deserves the opportunity to lead a happy healthy and productive life. What Determines a Childs Future. At Determined to Succeed DTS we believe a childs pursuit of a productive and fulfilling life should not be hindered by race or socioeconomic status. Yet less than 11 of lowincome firstgeneration students who enter college attain a bachelors degree.
