Southwest Energy Efficiency Project Promoting greater energy efficiency and clean transportation in Arizona Colorado Nevada New Mexico Utah and Wyoming. SWEEP promotes the expansion and improvement of utility energy efficiency programs sustainable building codes and regulations and the advancement of clean transportation in the Southwest. We work on policy to establish energy equity for vulnerable communities cost savings for homeowners and commuters and advocacy for tackling the climate crisis. Publications reports fact sheets white papers bill explainers and other resources authored by SWEEP experts.
