Independent Living for Adults with DevelopmentalIntellectual Disabilities Our Mission ILADD Inc. was formed in 2019 to provide housing enrichmenteducational programs and social options that enable adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities IDD to live in homes of their own and enjoy fulfilling and meaningful lives in their communities. We envision inclusive communities and inspired programs that foster interdependent living personal enrichment and lifelong friendships and these are often built through programs like our SelfAdvocates Group Community Service Club and Social Outings. Our initial project Crossbridge Point will be a neurodiverse neighborhood of small homes in the Zionsville IN area that embodies home choice and security for adults with IDD.
