Youth Heartline: Child Advocacy & Family Stability in Northern New Mexico Home About Us Programs Volunteer News Events Support Us Resources Join Our Team Shop More Youth Heartline improves positive longterm outcomes and access to services by reducing risk factors and barriers for underserved children and families in Colfax Taos and Union Counties in northeast New Mexico. Since 1991 Youth Heartline has worked to make life safer for children and families in our communities. We provide services to over 1000 children youth and families each year. We assist families in our community with education referrals support services and activities to foster youth development and family connection.
