The Lippitt Club was started in 1973 by a group of individuals dedicated to preserving the original THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO PRESERVE THE RARE FAMILY OF MORGAN HORSE KNOWN AS LIPPITTS. LIPPITTS HAVE NO KNOWN OUTCROSSES IN THE 20TH CENTURY. ALSO TO IMPROVE, PROMOTE AND PERPETUATE THE LIPPITT STRAIN OF MORGAN HORSE. TO COOPERATE WITH THE AMHA INC. IN PROMOTING THE MORGAN AND PROVIDE A UNITED VOICE AND EFFORT IN SUPPORT OF THE LIPPITT MORGAN AS WELL AS PROMOTE GOOD FELLOWSHIP AND SPORTSMANSHIP AMONG LIPPITT CLUB MEMBERS.
