The 1019 Foundation The 1019 Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the memory of Falmouth High School students and athletes James Patrick Lavin and Owen OReilly Higgins who were tragically killed in a car accident on December of 2016. Our Mission The 1019 Foundations mission is to provide scholarships to senior football hockey baseball and track athletes at Falmouth High School as well as financial aid to youth athletes to assist with their participation in sports programs. The 1019 Foundation is a 5013c nonprofit organization. .
