Join the Grass Roots fundraising campaign to build a NEW North Port Art Center. As of September 2025 the North Port Art Center will vacate the two buildings it hasoccupied at Sam Shapos Way for 17 years. The City has determined that these two agingbuildings which do not meet current codes must be demolished. The North Port Art Center is launching a grass roots community fundraising campaignto ensure that North Port residents continue to have an active arts center to meet the growingneeds of a dynamic North Port community.
