Welcome to Almost Home for Hounds Our primary mission is to provide a safe and loving environment for greyhounds which fail to qualify or no longer qualify for the racetrack as well as those bred for hunting or other purposes. Almost Home for Hounds focuses on responsible placement working closely with several greyhound adoption agencies across the country to ensure that all greyhounds with pet potential are placed in loving homes. All greyhounds that leave AHH are spayed or neutered receive a dental cleaning up to date vaccinations heart worm test and are microchipped. Where you can make a difference.
