Our second summit took place on November 12th 2023 in Manhattan. Ryan P. Greenberg Director of NYS Bureau of EMS was our keynote speaker Fellowships EMS Access will sponsor oneyear fellowships designed for individual EMS agencies to become dynamic volunteer organizations.
