Come join the fun at the VMT's 3rd Annual Star City Rockabilly Festival - May 31st, 4 - 9 pm! We have three amazing bands playing on the rail yard stage - The Flea Bops, Jarred Pettey's & The Headliners, and Hot Rod Walt & The PsychoD-Devilles. Blue Lotus will be on site doing tattoos. Shear Madness is hosting the annual pin-up contest so come dressed to impress. Dale's Diner will be onsite with dellicious eats. We are recognized as The Commonwealthx27s Official Transportation Museum by the General Assembly and house a great collection of steam diesel and electric locomotives. Familyfriendly and chockfull of interactive exhibits and artifacts VMT proudly provides a unique and exciting museum experience for all. At VMT we seek to highlight our Nationx27s transportation history by providing a unique educational and fascinating museum experience that appeals to each member of every family.
