What held me back? → Explore the fears behind the silence and how you might respond differently next time. 4️⃣ Accountability: How do I respond when I mess up? Do I take ownership or shift blame? → Think about the habits you’ve built around responsibility and repair. 🧠 Ethical leadership starts with self-awareness.
