Happy Trails Animal Rescue Community Resource Center Our Mission Happy Trails Animal Rescue is a nonprofit animal rescue organization serving the Orange Osceola and Seminole county areas in Florida. In addition to our rescue efforts we have opened a first of its kind resource center for pet owners in our community. This center provides resources such as free and low cost dog training free grooming a pet food pantry assistance with veterinary expenses free educational seminars a service dog program and much more. Our mission is to build a safer educated petfriendly community for pet owners and animals in Central Florida.
