We create inclusive communities for individuals with developmental disabilities or other special needs through quality affordable housing and unhoused interventions in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. HCEB fulfills our mission by providing programs and services for the unhoused resident service coordination developing and operating permanent supportive housing and partnering with other developers to secure setasides within larger rental communities.
