URGENT: Two animal rescues in Afghanistan need our help. Ex-Royal Marine Pen Farthing and founder of Nowzad is asking for donations to get the animals in his shelter and his staff out of Afghanistan. These courageous people desperately need our help. Mr. Farthing and his (mostly female) staff of vets and nurses have provided invaluable services to the animals of Kabul, Afghanistan. As women they are in great danger. As an Ex-Marine Mr. Farthing himself is in peril but he will not leave his staff or the roughly 200 animals in his shelter behind. There are two animal rescues in Kabul - Nowzad and The Mayhew Home in Afghanistan. My family just made donations to both orgs (links below). We ask you to do the same.
