Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas
The new GLOBAL Medical Care Guidelines for Adults with Down Syndrome provide the first evidence-based medical recommendations specifically designed to support clinicians in caring for adults with Down syndrome. The family-friendly version of the GLOBAL Adult Guideline was created to help families and caregivers better understand and advocate for the health needs of their loved ones. While the medical recommendations remain the same as the full version, the content has been simplified, with technical language and research methodology removed.
