IDEA LAB NOCAs IDEA Lab is a college level computer lab equipped with industry standard design and production software and online training resources. ART CLUBS NOCAs Art Clubs provide opportunities for beginners as well as classes workshops and lectures to support independent artists technical and entrepreneurial skills.
