Today, we filed a lawsuit challenging Tennessee’s newly enacted anti-immigrant law that violates the First Amendment rights of locally elected officials voting in favor of pro-immigrant policies. -- We refuse to stay silent when our community’s elected leaders are under attack by unconstitutional policies. That’s why we're sending a strong message to the Tennessee government: we’ll see you in court.
