WRITOPIA LAB INC
We’re running some exciting specialized programs this summer at our Washington DC lab. In Mystery Writing, young writers will craft their own suspense stories and explore craft topics like mystery terminology, creating suspense, building impactful settings, and understanding the impact of mystery stories. In Historical Political Writing, writers will craft an original piece of historical fiction that takes place against a larger political backdrop.

We’re so proud of the incredible young writers who shared their work at our Brooklyn End-of-Trimester reading at the Park Slope library this week. They shared their funny, fantastical, deep, and moving pieces that made us all laugh and think. And we even had a Q&A where the audience could ask them about their writing process.
