What have we been up to at WE CAN? A lot - thanks to our amazing volunteers and community support! Recently, our incredible volunteers came together to help stuff and send out our annual appeal letters, making sure our mission reaches those who need us most. We also had a great time connecting with friends and supporters at Chatham by the Sea. Grateful for every helping hand and every opportunity to share the work we do to empower Cape Cod women through life’s transitions. (fb)
