Community Benefit Foundation - Woodland Hills, CA About Us The West Valley Warner Center Chamber of Commerce Community Benefit Foundation incorporated in 2011 is an extension of the West Valley Warner Center Chamber of Commerce. The Foundation is a 501c3 charitable foundation leveraging the expertise of our diverse membership to provide no or low cost assistance to our local community. The funds we raise help us educate our members as well as the residents and youth of the greater West Valley community. There are two pillars of The Foundation Education Youth and Adult Programs Community Beautification The mission of the Foundation is to benefit the West Valley Communities at large in the areas of education and beautification.
