Since our founding in 2012 PSAA has facilitated over 500 art projects generating nearly 2 million in direct payments to artists. By managing both private and publiclyfunded initiatives PSAA collaborates with hundreds of artists annually to bring vibrant meaningful art to life. PSAA engages the larger community through educational programs guided tours youth camps and interactive events.

In Beaverton, a beautiful scrubjay is looking for a song partner as artist David Rice completes his latest mural, Bird Song, in downtown Portland. 

Spanning the entire side of a massive parking garage at the new Modera Beaverton Apartments, this brilliantly detailed mural features two native species: a scrubjay and a meadowlark. 

The two birds communicate with one another through a layered environment of shapes.
