Leadership Foundation of Greater Las Vegas Our Mission The Leadership Foundation of Greater Las Vegas in affiliation with the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce develops these individuals at all stages from an emerging leader to one who already influences and mentors other. As Southern Nevada emerges as a powerhouse for economic development new technology entrepreneurship and community advancement the Foundation programs give these Las Vegas leaders at all stages of their professional and personal development with an opportunity to receive an in depth education on Southern Nevada including its biggest strengths and most challenging issues.
