May 17 2025 4pm Creekside Commons Established in 1965 Youth Homes is Contra Costas leading provider of traumainformed services for foster youth. We empower current and former foster youth young adults with complex behavioral health challenges and underresourced children at risk of entering the foster care system. We are fiercely committed to creating opportunities for youth to process and heal from trauma develop selfsufficiency and confidence build supportive networks and create healthy safe and meaningful lives.
