Avondale Development Corporation Avondale Development Corporation The Avondale Development Corporation ADC directs the revitalization of Avondale by developing housing real estate and economic initiatives while working collaboratively with residents and partners to address priorities that promote the wellbeing of Avondale residents as recommended in the Quality of Life Plan. Our Impact ADC is committed to maintaining strong connections with Avondale residents and stakeholders by continuing to bridge the gap between institutions the Avondale Community Council residents property owners and businesses. 376k ADC administered more than 364000 in matching grants and forgivable loans to homeowners in Avondale in 2021 to assist with exterior repairs and improvements. 16624 in emergency mortgagerental and utility funds to support housing stabilization for Avondale families throuhg the Economic Mobility Fund.
