About Mission Voice and Hands of a Friend In 2011 a WA state 501C3 nonprofit organization Mission VHF partnered with Pastormissionary Igor Tunik who led two home churches in the Donetsk region of Eastern Ukraine. That year a Drug and Alcohol Rehab Center was established in Ukraine with the help of Mission VHF volunteers.
