Welcome to Palomar A Community of Strength and Healing Who We Are We partner with other community agencies to provide wraparound services to victims of domestic violence child abuse sexual assault stalking elder abuse and human trafficking. We are a Family Justice Center which means that we collaborate with our partner organizations many of whom have offices in our building to fulfill our mission. Together We Provide Support for Survivors Support for Families Legal Assistance Holistic Healing Housing Financial Assistance Offender Accountability Camp HOPE America Palomar Camp HOPE America is the first evidencebased camping and mentoring program for children exposed to trauma in the United States. Our vision is to break the generational cycle of family violence by offering healing and hope to children and adults who have witnessed and been impacted by family violence.
