Utahs Perpetual Housing Fund exists to alleviate barriers to home equity from increasing home pricing and down payments. Income barriers prevent a rapidly expanding portion of our state from building equity where they live. Our nonprofit does this by building highquality multifamily properties and allocating the majority of the proceeds in the building back to its residents.
