Our Kool Nerd Program students recently had an incredible opportunity to explore careers in the health industry through a special field visit to Montefiore Einstein Advanced Care in Elmsford! This visit is part of our ongoing efforts to prepare young people for the workforce by introducing them to in-demand careers in healthcare. Students got an inside look at a state-of-the-art medical facility, met with health professionals, and took part in hands-on career-readiness activities designed to build awareness and confidence. From exploring various roles in the health sector to learning about workforce expectations, the visit was all about empowering our future leaders with early insight into high-growth career paths.
