Cultivating Socially Responsible Leaders We believe that if young people are given a platform to lead and serve they will drastically improve our world and we provide them with the resources to do just that. Join the Movement Inspiring Students to Lead and Serve Youth Action is unlike many other organizations because we put young people in the drivers seat to create sustainable change. Since 2003 weve cultivated socially responsible leadership among middle high school students by providing leadership development training mentorship and funding to increase their social awareness of community concerns and lead civic engagement initiatives in their communities. 20 Years of Impact Inside Our Programs Junior Youth Action Leadership development and mentorship program that seeks to empower 7th and 8th grade youth.
