St. Patrick's Day Parade | Metropolitan St. Patrick's Day The Parade Committee is excited to partner with MindsEye to bring audio descriptions of the parade for the blind and visually impaired. MindsEye will live stream the event through the LiveVoice app. More information about the app and the event can be found at Upcoming Audio Description Events MindsEye An accessible viewing area for Veterans Disabled will be reserved in front of Soldiers Memorial 1315 Chestnut Street. There will be bleacher seating and guests are welcome to bring their own chairs.
