Bridging the Gap QCA Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and our mission is to provide a venue where homeless or atrisk Veterans and their families can access services. We are dedicated to assisting homeless veterans in the Quad City area to bring them in contact with agencies and organizations that can provide them support.
