This October, USI staff are wearing purple every Friday to raise awareness about domestic violence and to help break the stigma surrounding it. Domestic violence affects many individuals and can have a significant impact on workplace dynamics, including productivity and morale. USI encourages everyone to participate by sharing photos every Friday and fostering a supportive dialogue.
