SAVE THE DATE - June 5th is the national #DayOfAction to demand federal funding for sexual assault and domestic violence services. Programs are closing. Organizations and shelters are losing essential staff. Survivors are losing access. Federal funding allocations MUST be sustained to protect survivors of sexual and domestic violence. Every grant that is delayed or cut greatly reduces survivor access to live-saving care and services. Funds ensure that there are trained advocates and organizations equipped to create safer communities and pathways for healing for those experiencing violence. We are already seeing the devastating consequences—and we cannot stay silent. We are calling on Congress to act now.
