Established in 1976, The Dance Refinery is Indiana's largest and most experienced dance, gymnastics, and cheer facility offering recreational programs in all three areas as well as competitive programs for dance and gymnastics. TO OPERATE AND MANAGE A SCHOOL FOR DANCE EDUCATION, DANCE PERFORMANCE, CHEERLEADING AND GYMNASTICS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC; TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THOSE ACTIVITIES TO LOW-INCOME AND FINANCIALLY CHALLENGED CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS; TO SERVE THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF THE PUBLIC FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED ACTIVITIES; TO OFFER CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS APPROPRIATE AND INNOVATIVE EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES; TO EMPOWER COMMITTED VOLUNTEERS AND DONORS TO SHARE RESOURCES FOR THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION; AND TO ENGAGE IN ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES NECESSARY OR APPROPRIATE TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION.
