How can we reimagine a Commonwealth that supports highly skilled immigrants in reentering their careers, where their talent is fully recognized and uplifted? Join us on June 10th for the release of a new report by the Gastón Institute at UMass Boston and the Latino Equity Fund at TBF — "Tienen Alas, Pero no las Pueden Usar: Stories of Immigrants in Search of Work Credentials." This study captures the experiences of immigrants in MA who face systemic barriers to reentering their professions due to complex and inequitable credentialing requirements. Hosted by LEF, TBF, the Gastón Institute, and SkillWorks, the report release event will feature a presentation of the report’s findings followed by a panel discussion with advocates, researchers, and community leaders. Find panel details and register here: https://bit.ly/4dJyqSk (fb)

Boston’s first ever Public Art Triennial is here and we are very excited to be one of their partners! The Boston Public Art Triennial is a free, citywide celebration of contemporary art as a catalyst for social, cultural, and economic change. Congratulations to all the artists, partners and the Triennial staff who have worked very hard to make this happen! The Boston Public Art Triennial is free to all and runs from May 22 - October 31, 2025 in different neighborhoods throughout the city. For more information, visit https://bit.ly/3SW5a0M (fb)
