We were grateful to be part of last night’s groundbreaking ceremony at The Nick in Wolfeboro, where the vision for a new indoor recreation facility officially took its first steps forward. The Turner Group is proud to be the design team behind this exciting project, with construction in the capable hands of Milestone Construction. The new 35,000 square foot building will give the community something it’s never had, a year-round access to indoor space for sports, events, and connection. For more than 20 years, The Nick has been a go-to place for baseball, lacrosse, soccer, track, and even the local farmer’s market, all outdoors. This next chapter will bring those same opportunities indoors, and expand what’s possible for people of all ages, no matter the season. What makes this project even more special is that it’s being funded by community donations. Last night’s turnout, filled with donors, families, and community supporters, was a powerful reminder of just how much people believe in The Nick’s mission. It’s always been about creating a welcoming space for everyone, and this new facility will carry that forward in a big way. We’re honored to play a small role in something with such lasting impact, and proud to help bring this next chapter of The Nick to life. (fb)
