Seaside Arts Council Established in 2009 the Seaside Arts Council exists to promote advance and provide performing and visual arts opportunities appreciation and education for residents and visitors to Swansboro and Western Carteret County area. The SAC is an established nonprofit organization under the terms of section 501c3 of the U. S. Internal Revenue Code.
