Historical Society of the Episcopal Church - Home Historical Societyof the Episcopal Church Promoting preservation of the history of the Episcopal and Anglican Church The Historical Society of the Episcopal Church strives to fulfill its three objectives Members are from a variety of backgrounds and include laity and clergy teachers and students researchers and scholars archivists and historians professionals and amateurs anyone with an enthusiasm for church history especially of the Episcopal Church. All are welcome tobecome a member. Activities of the Historical Society include publishing an academic journal cooperatively publishing a general interest newsletter facilitating conferences serving as a resource funding grants and being an advocate for the study of Episcopal history.
