Celebrating 175 Years of Excellence! 🎉   From just 25 students in 1850 to a global institution, the University of Utah now has over 26,820 undergraduates and 8,400 graduate students. The University of Utah Asia Campus (UAC), established in Korea in 2014, continues this legacy with around 700 students in a diverse, global community.   For 175 years, the U has produced leaders like John Warnock (Adobe), Edwin Catmull (Pixar), and Stephen R. Covey (The 7 Habits). The university also shaped Korea’s academic growth—Dr. Tae-Kyu Lee, Korea’s first chemistry PhD and Nobel Prize nominee, was a U professor from 1948 to 1973.   Here’s to 175 years of growth, innovation, and impact! •••⁠ The University of Utah Asia Campus provides the opportunity for students to earn a University of Utah degree while immersing themselves in a new culture and environment in South Korea.
