UBSC – Upward Bound Study Center MISSION SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM Programs Elementary Program provide assistance for students who need help with their homework and to improve their English skills. UBSC offers AfterSchool Program to middle and high school students to helps them with their academic needs and prepare them for college. Summer Program and weekend activities to help with cultural assimilation such as college exploration tours and visitation to museums and landmarks. Adult Program provide opportunities for working adults to enrich their skills such as Computer English Accounting and Citizenship classes.
