Sacramento Cultural & Linguistic Center Welcome to SACRAMENTO CULTURAL LINGUISTIC CENTER Language is a powerful tool for inclusion understanding and empowerment at SCLC. Dedicated to serving LEP communities refugees and immigrants since the 1970s SCLC excels in overcoming cultural and language barriers to foster connections and advance our inclusive nonprofit mission. Our linguistic expertise is complemented by cultural brokerage ensuring effective communication and respect for diverse perspectives. We offer free language services for Sacramento County providers and affordable services for businesses and individuals.
