Brand New Mercies – Love, Mercy, Forgiveness, Respect Working to help mothers with addiction and keep families together in Northwest Arkansas Learn more about our mission Of the 916 children in NWA who entered the foster care system in 2016 476 52 entered due entirely or partially to substance abuse Mothers suffering from drug addiction are the most common factor putting children at risk in Northwest Arkansas. But for many mothers with an addiction the prospect of separation from their children prevents them from seeking the help that they need to recover. Brand New Mercies is one ofthe fewresidential addiction recovery program in NWA that allows children to stay with their mothers. We are also one of the only programs in the area that provides residential support for a full year.
