Our team had a blast in Indiana at our Central IN Staff Retreat! We got to connect at Fort Harrison State Park, learn about trees from our very own Indiana Outreach Director, go horseback riding (some staff for the very first time), and explore the beautiful city of Indianapolis! As a mostly remote team spread across Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana, being able to connect once a quarter in person adds so much to our understanding of each other's work, helping us help each other better.
