About Community Fund Ohio The Special Needs Trust Advisor Since 1993 Community Fund Ohio is a nonprofit Trust Advisor that has served Ohio residents with disabilities for over 25 years. We were established by disability advocates in 1993 with initial financial contributions from most Ohio County DD Boards and we are governed by a Board of Directors from across Ohio. Community Fund handles trust establishment and the daytoday trust administration.
