Welcome Foot Center of New York The Foot Center of New York is the nations oldest facility for providing specialized medical care for the foot. Established in 1911 by a group of foot specialists who volunteered to care for the immigrants arriving in Harlem it is the largest foot care center in the world seeing nearly 25000 patient visits a year. The Foot Center of New York is the clinical teaching affiliate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and is a major health resource for the residents of Harlem and nearby neighborhoods.
