Forever Family 🤓 EINSTEIN ADOPTED! We rescued Einstein from a Texas shelter where his time was running out because of the vetting he desperately needed. Einstein settled in with his wonderful foster mom SueAnn so his medical makeover could begin! Einstein has a heart murmur & also came to us with severe dental disease which was causing him a whole bunch of pain. So much so, he needed to be put on pain meds until we could get his dental surgery scheduled. Einstein got through his dental & recovered like a champ. The vet said he had one of the worst cases of gum disease they had ever seen. Due to this, he has no teeth left now but also no more pain, & our lil genius dog is super happy for that! He’s also SUPER happy because he caught the eyes (& hearts!) of the pawrents of NorthStar alumni Andie & Elinor! ✨Together We Make a F💚MILY!✨ 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️PIRATE ADOPTED! 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️ Pirate was found as a stray with his fur completely matted & overgrown. Argh! He was definitely in need of some serious TLC, & in his pawesome Texas foster, he got that just that! 🥰 When rescued, Pirate had a bulging eye causing him lots of pain. Pirate did great recovering from the surgery to remove his eye & he is feeling like a brand new guy! 🤩 So, our Shih Tzu boy set sail ⛵️ to New Jersey ISO love. Pirate proved to be a little much for the cat in his first foster home but he settled in nicely at his next foster home. Turns out this sweet boy does not need to walk the plank, we have a #fosterfail! Pirate is home sweet home for good!
