Northwest School for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Children | WA Welcome to Northwest School for Deaf and HardofHearing Children Birth to Three Children from birth to age three who are deaf or hardofhearing in King Pierce and Snohomish Counties may enroll in services at no cost to the family. We work together with families to maximize each childs natural ability for language acquisition using both Signing Exact English S. E. E.
