The Jefferson Pipe Band is composed of piping and drumming enthusiasts from California: Redding, Chico and Grants Pass, Oregon. We competed in The World's Pipe Band Championship in Glasgow, Scotland. Members of WUSPBA. Membership is open to all. "THE MISSION OF THE JEFFERSON PIPE BAND , INC., IS TO DEVELOP AND PROMOTE PIPE BAND MUSIC BY TEACHING INDIVIDUALS TO PLAY THE GREAT HIGHLAND BAGPIPES AND THE SCOTTISH HIGHLAND DRUMS IN PREPARATION FOR PUBLIC PERFORMANCES."
