The volunteers of Save A Gato are actively working on the ongoing issue with the National Park Service regarding the removal of the cats within Paseo del Morro. The cats that reside in Paseo del Morro represent a portion of the cats we care for in Old San Juan. We are now trapping the cats that live in this area getting them any medical attention they may need and looking for loving homes for them to spend the rest of their lives safe and loved.
