Saint Joseph's Carpenter Society – Rebuilding Homes, Empowering Futures Building Strong and Confident Neighborhoods SJCS uses a comprehensive approach in neighborhood development one which addresses the needs of individuals as well as the need to physically improve housing stock. SJCS works to implement a series of longrange community development goals through affordable housing development and rehabilitation homeowner education and the implementation of enhancements to a neighborhoods physical and social fabrics.
